| 내 용 | RNA (siRNA)는 타겟 유전자의 표현을 줄이기 위해 기능적인 유전학어플리케이션에 사용되는데 이는 타겟 유전자의 기능을 보이는 생물학적인 효과를 낼 수도 있다. siRNA 디자인 툴은 사용자가 조절한 룰을 만족시키는 후보 siRNA 서열 타겟 유전자를 자세히 살핀다. 그리고 나서 선택된 후보는 관심있는 유전자의 siRNA서열을 식별하기 위해 보여진다. Small interfering RNA (siRNA) is used in functionalgenomics applications to decrease the expression of a target gene, which may yield a biological effect that suggests a function for the target gene. The siRNA design tool scans a target genefor candidate siRNA sequences that satisfy user-adjustable rules.Selected candidates are then screened to identify those siRNAsequences that are specific to the gene of interest. |
