(Digital Extractor is a program for the high-throughput processingof data sets derived from digital differential display-basedcomparisons of EST libraries. These comparisons can be utilizedto identify discrete subsets of genes whose expression is restrictedto distinct tissue types. The program facilitates these investigationsby permitting parallel annotation of genes identified as beingdifferentially expressed.)
