- 내용: DN은 EST서열에 기초한 궁금한 유전자의 프로필 발현을 실질적으로 디스플레이 하는 web에 기초한 도구이다. 두 가지 사용이 가능하다. DN1은 각 조직의 정상과 종양조직 사이에 발현되는 유전자 비교를 하는 조직/기관에서의 발현 수준을 양적으로 나영하며, 하나의 궁금한 유전자를 갖는다. DN2는 2개의 궁금한 유전자와 그들의 발현 프로필을 나란히 비교한다.
(DigiNorthern (DN) is a web-based tool for virtually displaying expression profiles of query genes based on EST sequences. Two utilities are available: DN1 takes one query gene and quantitatively display its expression levels in tissues/organs that express the gene with comparison between normal and neoplastic status of each tissue; DN2 takes two sequences as query genes and compares their expression profiles side by side. )
