내용 : 중아황산염(bisulfite) 시퀀싱으로부터 DNA 메틸화 데이터의 수동 처리는 지루하고 에러가 발생할 수 있는 일이다. 여기에 우리는 이 과정동안 처음부터 끝까지 도움ㅇ르 제공하는 상호작용적인 소프트웨어 툴을 제시한다. 사용하기 쉬운 방법으로 이 툴은 사용자가 시퀀서로부터 서열 파일을 입력하는 것과 그것들을 정렬하는 것, 중요한 서열을 정정하거나 배제하는 것, 실험을 상세히 기록하는 것, 기본적인 통계를 수행하는 것, publication-질 도표를 생산하는 것을 돕는다.
 
Manual processing of DNA methylation data from bisulfitesequencing is a tedious and error-prone task. Here we presentan interactive software tool that provides start-to-end supportfor this process. In an easy-to-use manner, the tool helps theuser to import the sequence files from the sequencer, to alignthem, to exclude or correct critical sequences, to documentthe experiment, to perform basic statistics and to produce publication-qualitydiagrams.
