내용 : ArrayCyGHt는 웹을 기반으로 하여 마이크로어레이 게놈 혼성화(microarray-comparative genomic hybridization; array-CGH) 데이터의 시각화와 분석을 하는 응용(application) 툴이다. raw 데이터의 표준화로부터 얻거나 잃은 카피 넘버의 최종 시각화까지 다른 소프트웨어를 추가적으로 사용하지 않아도 arrayCyGHt 시스템에서 array-CGH 데이터 분석의 전체 과정을 직접적으로 얻을 수 있다. 그러므로 ArrayCyGHt는 어느 종류의 데이터 포맷에서라도 카피 넘버 변형의 분석을 위한 쉽고 빠른 툴을 제공한다.
 
ArrayCyGHt is a web-based application tool for analysisand visualization of microarray-comparative genomic hybridization(array-CGH) data. Full process of array-CGH data analysis, fromnormalization of raw data to the final visualization of copynumber gain or loss, can be straightforwardly achieved on thisarrayCyGHt system without the use of any further software. ArrayCyGHt,therefore, provides an easy and fast tool for the analysis ofcopy number aberrations in any kinds of data format.
