- 내용: 주어진 서열세포 중에 선택된 두 개의 다양한 정렬을 비교할 수 있다. 나열되어 동시에 존재하는 지역이 색으로 코딩되어 두 정렬과 이런 신뢰할 수 있도록 정렬하기 위해 고려된 지역을 식별하여 지역적 일치를 시각화한다.
(We introduce a WWW-based tool that is able to compare two alternative multiple alignments of a given sequence set. Regions where both alignments coincide are color-coded to visualize the local agreement between the two alignments and to identify those regions that can be considered to be reliably aligned. )
