ASIAN (Automatic System for Inferring A Network)은 Cluster와 regression을 분석하고, Gaussian graphical modeling과 결합한 유전자 발현 프로파일로부터 regulatory network를 추론하는 서버이다.
다시 말해서 ASIAN 는 많은 데이터로부터 자동적으로 오브젝트간의 관계를 추정하는 툴이다.
해석은 클러스터 해석, 회귀 분석, 그라피카르가우시안모데링을 조합해 실행된다.
데이터를 입력하는 것만으로, 오브젝트간의 관계, 즉, 상관계수 행렬, 클러스터, 네트워크 그래프등을 얻을 수 있다.
ASIAN is a tool for automatically inferring the relationships between objects from data including redundant information, e.g. expression profiles that were measured for a large number of genes under various conditions.
The tool combines cluster analysis, regression analysis, and graphical Gaussian modeling.
By inputting your raw data, you can obtain some relationships between objects: the correlation, the grouping, the group number, and the network graph.
