내용 : ADAPT는 Affymetrix probes와 RefSeq 트랜스크립트(transcript), Ensembl 트랜스크립트들 간의 포괄적인 맵핑(mapping)을 제공하는 온라인 데이터베이스이다. ADAPT는 프로브와 프로브 세트와 트랜스크립트와 유전자 사이에 존재하는 수많은 관계들을 탐색하는 방법을 제공함으로써 마이크로어레이 실험의 해석을 돕기 위해 디자인되었다.
 
ADAPT is an online database providing comprehensivemappings between Affymetrix probes and RefSeq and Ensembl transcripts.ADAPT was designed to help interpret microarray experimentsby providing a means to explore the many-to-many relationshipsthat exist between probes, probesets, transcripts and genes.
